Performance Enhancements to Make Your Mem-App Experience Faster

We're excited to share some behind-the-scenes updates to Mem-App, designed to improve your overall experience! While we haven’t published a feature update recently, we’ve been hard at work refining the app’s performance to make your vocabulary-building journey faster and smoother.

One key improvement you’ll notice is how word reviews now work. Previously, you had to wait for the app to process your last word review action before you could move on to the next word. But now, you can seamlessly transition to reviewing the next word while the app syncs your previous action in the background!

In addition, we've optimized how we handle word definitions. With caching in place, your device now stores word definitions locally, so the app requires less bandwidth, and loading times have become noticeably quicker.

And that's not all—stay tuned! We’re getting closer to enabling a fully offline experience, allowing you to review your words without an internet connection. Your actions will be synced across devices as soon as you reconnect.
